Kerala Spot is a one-stop notification app. All major public and private organizations can be registered on the Kerala Spot app. This is an authenticated and super-secured app to bridge between the common man and authoritative functional sectors.

Aim: Targets to minimize the communication gap between various authorized functional sectors and the common man.

What it has:

Locals of Kerala can find a detailed portfolio of registered public organizations and essential private sectors listed.

The app enables a secured login for authorized personnel from every organization. The same will be made use of by the office staff who can manage the portfolio and publish all notifications.

The complete portfolio includes information about existing officials and all other team members of every department. Every organization has detailed information that includes description, gallery, team members and their designation, notifications, timeline, etc. It can be instantly viewed by all the common man.

The notifications can also be supplemented with docs, videos, and audio for better understanding.

Organizations can create quick link buttons for their existing services. Common can easily redirect the button into the organization service portal.

When Did it Start: We started collecting and connecting all organizations in May 2021.

Target: By the end of 2022, we wish to have all the acting prominent functional bodies be part of our application.

How: Any user can register and choose the area he belongs to. Accordingly, they will be able to see any kind of notifications sent by the local authorities from their respective area. The app can be personalized by adding the specific location whose notifications they would want to see. Also, they can manage their personal information like name, number, photo, etc.”
